Man in critical condition after Winnipeg hotel altercation

A man is in critical condition and three people are in custody after an altercation at a Winnipeg hotel Wednesday night.

A woman was also taken to hospital in stable condition following the incident at the Manwin Hotel at 655 Main St. She has since been released.

Police Const. Jason Michalyshen said several people were involved in an altercation around 6 p.m. The man inhospital suffered serious upper-body injuries, according to Michalyshen.

Two men and a woman have been arrested.
