Casey Plett is the author of the novelLittle Fishand the short story collectionA Safe Girl to Love. She is alsoco-editor of Meanwhile, Elsewhere: Science Fiction and Fantasy From Transgender Writers. She has written for The New York Times, Maclean's, and The Walrus, among other publications.

She is a winner of the Amazon Canada First Novel Award, a Stonewall Book Award, a Firecracker Award, and two-time winner of a Lambda Literary Award.
