POV: Wedding season is here and it's time to start prepping for the dance floor.

This high-energy workout from fitness coach Beverley Cheng will get you in the zone for all the late-night dancing summertime might bring.

In the video from her series Fit for Me, Beverley will lead you through a 20-minute no-equipment routine filled with big, fun cardio movements to get your blood flowing and your heart pumping. You'll start with a quick warm-up and stretch before moving into a pair of intense, upbeat circuits that target the entire body and make you more limber.

20-minute wedding season sweat

Warm up:

  • Butt kick to open arms
  • Step + twist
  • Side step + pull down
  • Low squat step + toe tap
  • Alternating quad stretch
  • Alternating high kick
  • Groin stretch

3 rounds:

  • Toe taps to butt kicks x 30 secs
  • Squat to lunge twist x 30 secs
  • Plank froggers x 30 secs

3 rounds:

  • High knees + punches x 30 secs
  • Low to wide squat x 30 secs
  • Commando to plank jack x 30 secs
