About the Show

Set against the glorious backdrop of the foothills of Alberta, HEARTLAND continues to tell stories about characters that Canadians from across the country have grown to love and welcome into their homes. HEARTLAND follows life on the Heartland Ranch as Amy Fleming (Amber Marshall) and her family deal with the challenges of running the ranch that has been with them for generations. HEARTLAND is the longest-running one-hour drama in Canadian television history, and is a multi-generational family drama that is much loved by fans of all ages, not only in Canada, but all around the world. A CBC original series, HEARTLAND is based on the bestselling series of books by Lauren Brooke.
