Toddler falls from 3rd-storey window of Abbotsford apartment

A three-year-old boy is in hospital after he fell from thethird-storeywindow of an apartment complex in Abbotsford, B.C., Saturday night.

Sgt. Marcus Senftsaid the child was airlifted to the B.C. Children's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

"The child is very fortunate," Senft said.

The accident happened at an apartment complex in the 32,000-block of Mount Waddington Avenue at about 8 p.m. PT.
