Liberals take most of Fraser Valley, but the NDP takes 2 key ridings

Former minister ofnatural gas and housing Rich Coleman was re-elected in LangleyEast,as were formerenvironment minister Mary Polakin Langley and former finance minister Mike de Jong in Abbotsford West.

Liberal John Martin was re-elected in his riding of Chilliwackand Darryl Plecasalso gave the Liberals a win by re-taking his seat in Abbotsford South.

The Liberals also had wins fromSimon Gibson inAbbotsford-MissionandLaurie ThronessinChilliwack-Kent.
