Bear plays on trampoline in Coquitlam, B.C.

"Holy crap! There's a bear on the trampoline!"

That's whatChianne Seidelthought when she looked up Tuesdaymid-afternoon to see a black bear bouncing on the trampoline in the backyard.

Seidel, who is a nanny, says she was stunned to see the bear in the backyard of the Coquitlam home where she works

"It was bouncing around like a happy kid on the trampoline," she said. "It was rolling in and around."

By the timeSeidel got her phone, the bear had stopped bouncing and chilled out on the trampoline.

"It looked like he was licking the soccer ball."

At one point, the bear even sat up with its legs dangling overthe edge in a Winnie the Pooh-typepose.

After about 45 minutes, the bear ambled away.

Seidel says the bear was fun to watch.

"He really looked like he was having a great time."
