Snowfall warning in effect for B.C.'s Central Interior

A snowfall warning is in effect for B.C.'s Cariboo region.

10 centimetres of snow expected Friday morning

Environment Canada has issued asnowfall warning for B.C.'s Cariboo region, including Prince George, Williams Lake and Quesnel.

A low pressure system moving through the Central Interioris expected to produce 10 centimetres of snow near the Cariboo mountains Friday morning.

The snow will taper off in theafternoon as the system moves south.

Environment Canada is warning that rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.
