From the West End to Commercial Drive, and everywhere in between and beyond, Vancouver is a place that many members of the LGBTQ community call home. But just how LGBTQ-friendly of a city is it?

From July 26-30, CBC Radio One's The Early EditionairedAll Out Vancouver a special series produced by CBC's Kiran Singh that explores how the city of Vancouver supports its LGBTQ residents, many of whom seek refuge in its reputation as a safe-haven.

Listen and hear from members of the LGBTQ community, local businesses, mental health professionals and medical experts as they dig deep into topics like racism within the LGBTQ community, medical needs and business accountability and learn about the history and future of Vancouver's famed Davie Village district.
