Beaucoup Bakery is known for its flakey French pastries, especially its butter croissants, which have been voted best in the city. Pastry chef and co-owner Betty Hung just won Gold at the recent Taste Canada Awards for her cookbook titled French Pastry 101.

You and a friend will learn how to make a classic French pastry, the Paris Brest, with a private and exclusive baking class with Betty! Betty doesn't usually put on cooking classes, so this will definitely be an experience to remember.
