The Dunbar Haunted House, an annual destination for Halloween thrill-seekers across the Lower Mainland for the past decade, will be terrifying visitors for the final time this year.

Brad Leith has been the driving force behind the fright fest since its earliest days. He says that what began as a small project to entertain his neighbours quickly became a favourite attraction for children and adults alike and has raised over $300,000 for local charities over its ten year run.

Leith spoke with CBC Radio One's The Early Edition to explain why he spends all year building a haunted house, and why this year has to be the last.
