Overnight overdoses in the DTES

BC Ambulance says they received 100 suspected overdose calls in B.C. on Wednesday. 52 of those calls were in Vancouver. Here are some captured by our camera overnight.

BC Ambulance says they received 100 suspected overdose calls in B.C. on Wednesday. Fifty-two of those calls were in Vancouver. Here are some captured by our camera overnight.
