Airdrie rural RCMP seeking break and enter suspect

Airdrie RCMP are looking for witnesses to a break and enter northwest of Calgary earlier in the week after a suspect escaped in a stolen car.

AirdrieRCMP are looking for witnesses to a break and enter northwest of Calgary earlier in the week after a suspect escaped in a stolen car.

Police were called to a house on Rolling Acres Drive in Rocky View County around 1:30 p.m. Monday after a man was seen loading two big duffle bags into a silver Honda sport utility vehicle.

The car was stolen in Calgary earlier in the day, police say.

The front door of the house had been kicked in and electronics, jewellery and identification were missing.

The man is described as Caucasian, roughly 27 years of age, around 6 feet tall with short dark hair and an average build.
