Vehicle following suspicious truck involved in fatal crash in central Alberta

RCMP in Three Hills say a 32-year-old man was killed when two vehicles collided near Delburne, east of Red Deer, on Sunday.

RCMP in Three Hillssay a 32-year-old man was killed when two vehicles collided near Delburne, east of Red Deer, on Sunday.

Police were called about 11:30 a.m. about a suspicious pickup truck that drove onto a rural property and got stuck.

The driver then stolea Ford F-150from the property.

The complainant followed the Ford F-150 to Highway 42 and Range Rd.240, where the two vehicles collided.

The Ford F-150rolled and the 32-year-old driver was airlifted to a Calgary hospital where he died,according to police.

Southern Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit and Three Hills RCMP are investigating.
