FOB gang member shooting has investigators asking for help

Police are asking for help from the public as they try to find a vehicle connected with a shooting last week of a known gang member.

Henry LeNguyen was shot several times as he left his Forest Lawn home for a court appearance on a charge ofconspiracy to commit murder.

Hewas a member of one of Calgary's most violent criminalorganizations, andis the second FOB associate to be shot this summer.He was under housearrest.

Nguyen remains in hospital in serious but stable condition, police say.

Based on witness interviews, investigators believe a dark-coloured Nissan Pathfinder, or a similar mid-sized SUV, was involved in the attack.

The vehicle might have a licence plate that ends in 7585, police say.
