Expect delays as Highway 3 reopens after rollover near Pincher Creek

RCMP say traffic is now moving again after Highway 3 west of Pincher Creek was closed for several hours when a semi tractor trailer rolled over Friday afternoon.

Traffic moving hours later but slowly, police say

Police say the truck is the only vehicle involved, there is no environmental damage and the driver was left with minor injuries. (CBC)

RCMP say traffic is now moving again slowly after Highway 3 west of Pincher Creek was closed for several hours when a semi tractor trailer rolled over Friday afternoon.

It happened just west of Highway 507 near Crowsnest Pass.

Police say the truck is the only vehicle involved, there is no environmental damage and the driver was left with minor injuries.

Motorists were asked to avoid the area as police worked to learn what happened.

Police tweeted around 4 p.m. that traffic was moving again but slowly.
