The well-respectedRouge Restaurantin Inglewood has been on top dining lists around the world for years.

Nowthe owners have opened the more casual Bistro Rouge at 1909 Sirocco Drive S.W.

While offering bistro classics like baked onion soup and steak frites, they broaden the menu out to include poached salmon, cauliflower fritters and a custom soup bar.
