She was reported missing on Dec. 1 after failing to show up for a family event the day before. Police say there are no indications of foul play, but her disappearance is out of character.

"All we want is, that wherever she is, that if she's with somebodythat they reach out to either us or the family," said Staff Sgt.Travis Baker. "She's not in any trouble with us at all and if she decides that that's what she wants, we're happy to step down and back away but we want to know where she is and that she's safe."

Baker says her cellphone and car were left behind.

'We miss you so much'

Her family says they are staying optimistic. Her sisterErin Madill saysit is out of character for Shannonnot to be in touch with family and friends.

"We all love you and we miss you somuch," she said."We don't need to know where you are. We just want to know that you are safe.If you see this, please, please just contact the police and just let us know that you're OK."

The family has put up posters around Inglewoodwhere her last financial transactions were made.
