Former CEO Stephen Duckett on AHS dismissals

The dismissal of the entire Alberta Health Services board earlier this week has many questioning the future of the $12-billion operation.

The board was fired by Health Minister Fred Horne on Tuesday for ignoring a directive to cancel bonuses to senior executives.

CBC's Kim Trynacity spoke with the controversial former CEO of the health board, Stephen Duckett, who said political interference was constant during his tenure.
