Coolsaetran the 2nd fastest marathon in Canadian history and has competed at the Olympic Games in Rio and Londo and has a good chance to by a three-time Olympian as soon as the world is a safe enough place for the Olympic Games in Tokyo to take place.

Reid's here to give you all some expert advice on how to run while on lockdown. It's a challenge to stay fit under these unusual circumstances and Reid Coolsaet will offer some advice on how to train like a champion.
