Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau in Hamilton on Monday

Justin Trudeau will make a policy announcement in Hamilton on Monday.

He'll speak at 8:30 a.m. at the David Braley Health Science Centre. You can watch that speech live onthis page.

Trudeauarrived in Hamilton on Sunday to a warm welcome by local Liberal candidates, campaign workers, and supporters. Many were ready to forgive Trudeau after it was recently revealed that he wore blackface and brownfacecostumes when he was younger, before his political career. Trudeau has said "I didn't think was racist at the time, but now I recognize it was something racist to do and I am deeply sorry."

He'll also visit local businesses today with Hamilton East-Stoney Creek Liberal candidateBob Bratina, and will visit a local bakery in Niagara Falls with Liberal candidate Andrea Kaiser.
