Two Wellington County OPP officers are in isolation recovering from COVID-19.

On Tuesday, the Ontario Provincial Police announced two of their officers were diagnosed with COVID-19.

The OPP was informed about the cases on March 29 and March 30.

Their identities of the officers are not being released by OPP, but they did say the officers are in isolation and are recovering.

The OPP is working with Guelph Public Health to figure out any contact with other people the individuals had prior to their diagnosis.

According to a spokesperson for the OPP, "public health officials will contact any members of the public who may have been in contact or may have been affected."
