Photos released of suspects in Cambridge armed bank robbery

Waterloo regional police have released security images of two suspects wanted in an armed robbery in Cambridge Tuesday afternoon.

Suspects show handguns and demand money

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an armed robbery Tuesday afternoon at a Cambridge bank.

Police saidtwo males showed handguns and demanded money at the Scotiabank in the area near Saginaw Parkway and Franklin Boulevard.

They were given an undisclosed amount of cash before leaving. No one was injured.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects from security camera photos.

One suspect was wearing a red and black plaid jacket. The other was wearing a white hoodie.

Waterloo regional police hope someone will be able to identify two suspects who robbed a Scotiabank in Cambridge Tuesday afternoon. Two men brandishing handguns entered the location in the Franklin Bouldevard and Saginaw Parkway around 3 p.m. (Submitted by WRPS)
