Waterloo man suffers serious injuries in motorcycle crash with deer

A 53-year-old Waterloo man is listed in critical condition after his motorcycle collided with a deer Thursday morning in Wellesley Township.

Waterloo Regional Police said a deer entered the path of the motorcyclist while he was ridingon Weimar Line around 8:15 a.m.

The man suffered major injuries and was transported by air ambulance to a hospital in Hamilton.

The deer was killed in the collision.
