Guelph man in hospital after snowmobile accident

A 19-year-old Guelph man is recovering in a London hospital Tuesday, after he lost control of his snowmobile Monday night in Woolwich Township.

Waterloo Regional Police say the man suffered serious head and leg injuries and had to be airlifted to a hospital in London.

Police say speed is likely the main factor in the crash, however the investigation is ongoing.
