Sue Foxton re-elected as mayor in North Dumfries

Sue Foxtonhas won a second term as North Dumfries Mayor, winning2,305 votes. Runner upMartin Harrison won 543 votes.

Foxtonwas first elected mayor of NorthDumfriesin 2014. Prior to that she served as a councillor for Ward One since 2000.

Online and phone voting in NorthDumfriesended on time at 8 p.m. Monday, despite other municipalities in Waterloo region extending voting hours due to problems with the online voting system.
