It might look like a scene from Westeros but it was a song of fun and games at the medieval festival in Cooks Creek, Man.

Families got in on the fun at the historic Immaculate Conception Church and Grotto with jousting, archery, and fire dancing on Saturday afternoon.

The festival is held every two years in July and brings out thousands of people dressed head-to-toe in medieval garb to the beautiful church about 35 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg.
