The City of Winnipeg released its 2015 budget on Wednesday with aplanned 2.3 per cent property tax increase and a focus on repairing the city's pothole-ridden roads.

Thecity also said it will beskipping its traditional fall downtown cleanup and has cut $177,000 from thedowntown flower-planting budget.
