She said she tracked down onlineconversations between her daughter and an alleged street gang recruiterand said she had reason tofearthe teenager may have joined a gang or a prostitution ring in Ontario.

Despite warning her of the risks, the mother saidthe prospect of making quick money encouraged her daughter to stay in contact with the alleged recruiter.

The girl took advantage of an outdoor activity to run away from the youth centre.

Police would not say where the girl was,or whom she was with, when they found her.

Another Laval teen also went missing a few days ago.

Her parents last saw the16-year-old girl Sunday night at their home.
