P.K. Subban delivers on #CanadaCarols, gets country to sing Jingle Bells

He did it. P.K. Subban got Canada to singfor sick children.

TheMontreal Canadiens assistant captain posted a video compilation fromthepeople who responded to his #CanadaCarols challenge: sing Jingle Bells to cheer up kids confined tohospitals during the holidays.

The campaign began last week, and got widespreadattention when Subban challenged Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to film himself singing the holiday classic.

Trudeau delivered, as did many more Canadians.

Earlier this year, Subban's foundation pledged $10 million to the Montreal Children's, and the new hospital named its atrium in his honour.

However, the Habs' assistant captainpromisedthat his involvement would go beyond just the financial.

Subban's foundation teamed up with Air Canada and launched the #CanadaCarols call-out, also encouraging participants tomake a donation to the Children's Miracle Network.

A compilation of some of the submissions will be screened for kids in several Canadian children'shospitals on Wednesday.
