Here is every major flood in Quebec since 1928

So far, 187 municipalities have been hit by flooding and 3,641 people have been forced from their homes. But Quebecers have fared worse in the past.

The water level onthe Lake of Two Mountains surpassed its all-time highon May 3.

As of May 12, 3,641people had been forced from their homes and 4,485residences had suffered flood damage in 187municipalities.

Of the 36 major Quebec floods tracked by theCanadian disaster database, it ranks fourth by number of people affected, after the floods of 1998, 1996 and 1974.
