Man charged with being accessory after the fact in Baylee Wylie murder

Another man has been charged in connection with the murder of Baylee Wylie, 18, of Moncton, last month.

A Moncton man hasbeen charged with beingaccessoryafter the fact to murder in connection with the death of 18-year-oldBaylee Wyliein the citylast month.

Zachary Holden, 18, of Moncton,who is accused of assisting fugitive Tyler Noel, 18,wasalso charged Monday with being unlawfully in a dwelling house, flight from police and dangerous driving.

Bradley JohnBonnell, 20, of Wheaton Settlement, was also charged Monday with being unlawfully in a dwelling house.

The two menwere arrested on Saturday afternoon near Petitcodiac, N.B., while in the company of Noel, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, say RCMP.

They remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in Moncton provincial court on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.

Noel was previously charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with the death ofWylie.

RCMP are still searching for Marissa Shephard, 20, who is also charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie's death.

DevonMorningstar, 18, who was previously charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with Wylie's death, has beensent for a 30-day psychiatric assessment.

Wylie'sbody was discovered after an early-morning house fire on Sumac Street on Dec. 17.

Noel and Shephard were named as persons of interest after Wylie's body was discovered.

Canada-wide warrants were issued for the pair on Dec. 28, days after the charges were laid and a local warrant was issued.

Police had warned that Noel and Shephard were considered dangerous because of the violent nature of the crime, and that anyonehelping them hide could face serious charges as well.

RCMPwere called to a break-in at a cottage in Elgin on Saturdayaround noon.That led police to Petitcodiac where they arrested Noel, who they saywas in a car at the time.

There were two other people in the vehicle, who were arrested.

Shephard is described as beingCaucasian, about five feet, five inchestall and100 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest not a heart as had been stated in previous news releases.
