Spiritual Community Party launches in Moncton

A new provincial political party the New Brunswick Spiritual Community Party launched Mondayin Moncton with the goal of putting God at the centre of political decision-making.

"God is omnipresent.," said party founder and sole member Jan Prieditis.

"Let's start stewarding our resources and our people accordingly."

Prieditis said hehopes to have candidates in 10 ridings by the next provincial election, in 2018.

Prieditisplansto recruit members through social media, spiritual bookstores, wellness expositionsand places of worship.
