Ralph Leblanc, 53, of Memramcook wanted by Quebec police in alleged theft ring

Quebec provincial police are seeking the public's help in locating a Memramcook man wanted in connection with an alleged multimillion dollar theft ring.

Quebec provincial police are seeking the public's help in locating a Memramcookman wanted in connection with an alleged multimillion dollar theft ring.

Ralph Leblanc, 53, is one of three men the Sret du Qubec are still searching for following six police raids in Quebec and New Brunswick on Wednesday as part of Operation Obliger.

LeBlanc standsfive feet nine inches tall and weighs 254 pounds. Police say he has hazel-coloured eyes.

Fourteenpeople were arrested and items seized included deluxe cars and truckloads of diapers, pork, lobsters andsparkling fruit juice.

YannickDemers, 42, of Sherbrooke, Que., and DenisValle, 35, of Waterloo, Ont., are also wanted by police in connection with the alleged criminal network.

The Quebec raids occurred in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce, Saint-Liboire, Saint-Zotique and Saint-Paul-de-l'ile-aux-noix. The New Brunswick raid took place in Memramcook.

Operation Obligerbegan in June 2016 and involved 78 cases of theftrepresenting more than $5.3 million in stolen goods.

The thefts occurredin Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario, policesaid.
