Twinning to start on Route 11 near Shediac River

Work to twinRoute 11 between Route 15 and theShediac River will begin soon.

Crews will twin 6.8 kilometres of highway, build a new interchange and modify other interchanges.

The province allocated $19.2 million in the budget for the work. The federal government contributed $27 million of public money.

That portion of theNew Brunswick highwaysees about 19,000 vehicles a day, the provincial government said.
