1 man dead in crash involving ATV and SUV in Conne River: RCMP

One man is dead after an SUV and an ATV collided Wednesday evening in Conne River.

The head-on crash happened at 8:30 p.m., a spokesperson for the RCMP told CBC Newson Thursday morning.

According to police, the driver of the ATV was not wearing ahelmet and was ridingdown a residential street when the crash happened. He died inhospital. Police say the person who was driving the SUV suffered minor injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
