Man found dead at scene of snowmobile accident in Jackson's Arm

Deer Lake RCMP were at the scene of a fatal single vehicle snowmobile accident in Jackson's Arm, White Bay on Newfoundland's Northern Peninsula shortly after 1 p.m. Sunday.

Police said an adult man was found dead at the scene.

An autopsy has been ordered on the deceased man.

It's not clear how long the RCMP remained on the scene, as their investigation is continuing.
