New direct flight from St. John's to Florida launches

A new direct flight to Florida has come just in time for those trying to escape the winter blues in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Nationalis promising its passengers reserved seating, an in-flight meal and a checked bag at no extra charge.

National Airlines also flies from the Orlando-Sanford International Airport to Windsor, Ontarioand San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The company isbased out ofOrlando and hasbeen in operation for more than 20 years.
