The other Canadian Diamond stamp, Polar Diamonds, is owned by the Government of the Northwest Territories. It gaveexclusive rights for that logo to Deepak International, an Edmonton company thathas been working on opening a diamond polishing plant in Yellowknife for more than a year now.
