The palm-sweat inducing, 23-storey drop took place at 1801 Hollis Street.

The event is in support of Easter Seals Nova Scotiaand money raised supports "programs that promote mobility, inclusion and independence for Nova Scotians with disabilities," according to the Easter Seals website.

"Drop Zone is an adrenaline-fuelling and exhilarating rappel which enables you to be a superhero for a day."

Participants are required to meet a minimum fundraising goal of $1,500.
