The sexual assault trial of paramedic James Duncan Keats resumed Friday in provincial court in Windsor, N.S.

The 72-year-old woman who accuses Keats of assaulting her took the stand again as Keats's lawyer continued her cross examination.

The complainant says Keats assaulted her in her own home and again during an ambulance ride to hospital on another occasion.

Five other women from the Halifax area have made similar allegations against Keats.

No trial dates have been set for those cases yet.

Keats has been suspended as a paramedic while his legal issues are dealt with.
