Police ID Halifax shooting victim

The victim of last week's shooting in north-end Halifax has been identified as Ryan Matthew White.

White, 21, was shot in the chest late Thursday night. He died later in hospital.

Police were called to the 100 block of Jarvis Lane just before 11 p.m. Officers found White on the pavement outside of a public housing building.

Police were still looking for suspects Monday.
