Both creatives work out of their Dartmouth home and their Nova Scotia winter style is heavily influenced by their respective professions.

Nicole has the most enchanting room filled with beautiful flowers and all the tools she needs to make the dreamiest flower crowns, garlands and arbors, bouquets and hats.

She spends her days in comfy overalls which can be easily layered up with knits when she's ready to leave the warmth of her studio. Add on some fur and a beret and she's out the door.

Jesse, who started working from home twoyears ago, traded a lot of his jeans for sweatpants. He can be found glued to his computer editing images of sneakers he has masterfully photographed for some of the world's biggest brands.

His genuine love of sneakers moves beyond his images and onto his own feet. When venturing out to location scout and create content for his clients, he throws on some layers including his current favourite yellow poncho and sneakers made just for the winter.

Their home is a great co-mingling of their personalities. There are gentle touches from Nicole's love of flowers. And the influence of hip-hop culture on Jesse's life can be seen in some of the artwork on their walls.

Perfectly in line with Jesse's quirky personality is a pink fur coat that hangs on his chair, an ode to Dipset rapper Cam'ron and a total conversation starter.
