Some couples are just showing up at wedding venues and getting married without paying.

With the average cost of a wedding sitting in the $30,000 range, some couples are taking risks to cut costs.

One Ottawa couple decided to invite their guests to a popular wedding spot where they were married by an officiant.

The catch is they didn't book the venue and they were trespassing when they said, "I do."
