Another sunny, chilly day on tap

Another bright but chilly day on tapbefore the weather changes late tomorrow.

It starts under a frostbite advisory, with the wind chillbelow25.

Look for plenty of sunshine later, but the thermometer will still be challenged.

A normal high would be around 3 or 4 C,but today we only make it to around 9 Cand a breeze out of the westwill add to the chill.

Things start to turn messy late Wednesday, with some snow and perhaps a wintry mix of freezing rain and raininto early Thursday.

Environment Canada has a special weather statement in place for the region, except for the Renfrew and Pontiac areas.

It's just expected to snow in those areas.
