Richard Joseph Arsenault: A timeline of the 'screen cutter' alleged offenses

Police have charged Richard Joseph Arsenault in connection to a series of break and enters that took place between 2015and 2016.

The P.E.I.RCMP and Charlottetown Police Services were involved in the so-called 'screencutter' investigation, as the incidents took place in Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall and other P.E.I. communities.
