Country star Travis Tritt coming to Summerside

Country music superstar Travis Tritt is coming to Summerside, P.E.I., for an intimate concert with his full band at Credit Union Place May 20.

Tritt has won two Grammys, four Country Music Awards and a Billboard Award.

It willbe a more intimate concert setup, using only half the arena with just 2,000 tickets for sale.

Those go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and ticket prices start at $66.

Fans have already commented on the P.E.I. announcement on Tritt's Facebook page, with requests for him to sing It's a Great Day to Be Alive at the show, so here it is below.
