5 more Future 40 winners announced

CBC Saskatchewan will be naming all its Future 40 winners throughout the week.

Twenty winners have been already been named on TV, radio and online

You've already learned the names of 20 of CBC Saskatchewan's Future 40 winners.

This morning, we're introducing you to five more.

Christopher Cho

One of the men behindAyden Kitchen and Bar, Christopher has helped put Saskatchewan dining on the national map. Ayden has been selected as Canada's Best New Restaurant by People'sChoice and named Canada's Top 10 Best New Restaurant byenRoute. It'salso claimed Top 10 Best Restaurant throughvacay.ca. As well,Ayden has recently been named one ofCanada's top 100 restaurants in Macleans Magazine.

CandyceFeissel

Candyce is the co-founder of Saskatchewan Fashion Weekand owns several beauty andspa businesses in Regina. She is a significant creative contributor at major fashion shows and charitable events, including the 2011, 2013, and 2015 Power of Pink fundraiser for Pasqua Hospitals Breast Assessment Centre in Regina. She has fundraised more than $15,000 for the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre with events at Shear Escape Salon and Spa,including Girl Space, in partnership with YWCA Regina, and Behind the Chair Monologues.Candyce is also a Big Sister with YWCAs Big Sisters of Regina.

Lori Walsh

Lori is recognized as a leader and a woman of influence in the city of Yorkton.After serving as a director for a number of years, Lori was elected President of the Yorkton Exhibition Association in January 2015.In 2008 and2009she served as the President of the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce.The mayor appointed Lori to the citys housing committee and economic development committeeand she has served as the President of the Yorkton Rotary Club. Lori also lends her time to a number of other local organizations.

Erin McCormick

Erin McCormick is the owner and operator of Equilibrium Therapeutic Riding andhas served over 1,000 youth and adults with various special needs in Saskatchewan.She is a pioneer in the growing field of Equine Assisted Therapy and Therapeutic Riding.

Brian Bain

Brian is a horticulturist and the founder/owner of Ecobain Gardens, an urban vertical hydroponic farm. He has spent the last 5 years developing a sustainable, environmentally friendly way to grow fresh produce for Saskatchewan all year round. Within 18 months of business, he has flown past all set expectations and is expanding his farm later this spring. After that expansion Ecobain Gardens will be the largest LED vertical farm in Canada andwill produce enough local fresh living greens and herbs to supply a major section ofSaskatchewan's market.
