Deep Dark Woods singer Ryan Boldt working on solo project

Ryan Boldt is no stranger to Saskatchewan's music scene.

Born and raised on the prairies, Boldt is the frontman for award-winning Saskatoon band the Deep Dark Woods.

A few years ago he released a solo album,Broadside Ballads, a project inspired by the traditional music of America and England.

He's currently working on his second solo effort which will feature this song, San Juan Hill.
