Saskatoon's Eric Taylor plugs in for Empty Room series set

This spring, the Saskatoon alternative rocker made the short listfor CBC's2016Searchlight competition.Then, he got a big gig at theRegina Folk Festivaland nowhe's releasing his first CD.

Eric Taylorleft Saskatoon to attend music business school in Vancouver, but later returned to his hometown to build his career in music.

We caught up with him to hear him perform one of the songs from his debut EP due out on June 10.
